The website ferotehna.com is owned and operated by Ferotehna d.o.o., a manufacturing and trading company. By using the Ferotehna Webshop, customers acknowledge that they are at all times familiar with these Terms of Sale and that they fully understand and accept them.

Ferotehna reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Ferotehna is not liable for the accuracy or completeness of the information and content published on ferotehna.com and reserves the right to errors in product descriptions and images.

Terms of Sale

1. Conclusion and Termination of Contract

By placing an order, the buyer accepts these Terms of Sale. The purpose of the Ferotehna Webshop is the purchase of selected products and the payment of the corresponding price.
The sales contract becomes binding once the buyer accepts Ferotehna’s offer by completing payment.
In the event of termination, the buyer is obliged to return the product at their own expense. The product must be undamaged, unused, in the original quantity, and in its original undamaged packaging. Otherwise, the buyer loses the right to terminate the contract. Returns may be made by post or in person at the Ferotehna showroom (Mon–Sat, 8:00–19:00) at:
Kukuljanovo 364, 51227 Kukuljanovo, Croatia.

2. Ordering and Payment

All product features, prices, and special offers are valid at the time of order confirmation. All prices are expressed in euros (EUR).
After placing an order and providing the required details, the buyer will receive an e-mail with order confirmation and payment instructions. Payment must be completed within 48 hours of receiving the offer. If confirmation is not received, please contact us at maloprodaja@ferotehna.com or by phone at +385 51 502 990.

Payment methods:

• Bank transfer / payment slip: Payment can be made at any bank branch, FINA office, or Croatian Post office.
• Internet banking: Payment can be made via the internet banking system of any bank.

3. Delivery

• Delivery time: Up to 20 days, depending on the carrier and the type of goods ordered.
• Delivery costs: Charged according to the carrier’s valid price list and shown on the buyer’s offer.
• Delivery address: The buyer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address. Ferotehna is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or changed addresses after dispatch.
• Delivery to Slovenia: Fixed charge of EUR 40.

4. Complaints and Returns

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 10 days of receipt of goods by e-mail to servis@ferotehna.com or by post to: Kukuljanovo 364, 51227 Kukuljanovo.
The condition of goods must be checked upon delivery, as damage can occur during transport. Ferotehna does not accept responsibility for damage caused by improper use or assembly.

In the case of a justified complaint, the buyer is entitled to:

• contract termination with a refund, or
• product replacement.

For defective or damaged goods, the buyer must provide photographic evidence. If the complaint is accepted, Ferotehna will collect the goods at its own expense.

5. Warranty and Service

Products covered by a warranty are accompanied by a warranty certificate. The warranty is valid only with proof of purchase (invoice and warranty certificate). The warranty period starts on the date of the invoice.
If a defect occurs during the warranty period, the buyer may request repair or replacement of the product within a reasonable time. Products must be returned to the authorized service center listed in the warranty certificate.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or failure to follow the instructions. Authorized service centers listed in the warranty certificate provide servicing and spare parts.

Data Protection

Ferotehna respects the privacy of webshop users and processes personal data only for purposes specified in these Terms. Personal data, such as name, address, phone number, and email address, are collected only if provided voluntarily by the user.

Such data will be used exclusively to:

• fulfill contractual obligations,
• better understand customer needs and habits, and

improve Ferotehna’s services.
